Judi Ann Sylvester
Judi Ann Sylvester is the Office Manager/Paralegal at Ergood Law, LLC. She assists clients with Estate Planning documents. Judi’s keen eye for detail ensures that clients’ estates are structured and distributed according to their wishes. She also provides invaluable assistance with Probate and Guardianship proceedings, as well as handling Accounts Receivable and Marketing.
Drawing from her own personal journey of caring for aging parents and navigating the complexities of Medicaid, finding care, and handling financial matters, Judi brings a unique empathy to her work. Her firsthand experience has earned her a reputation as the office “problem solver,” as she skillfully guides clients through challenging situations with compassion and knowledge.
Judi holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Management from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. A life-long Cherry Hill resident and Camden Catholic High School alumna, Judi is deeply rooted in her community.
Outside of the office, Judi is passionate about exercising, and coaching field hockey and softball. She actively participates on her local softball team. She also enjoys entertaining and spending quality time with her husband, children and, most recently, her 1st grandson! She is a die-hard Philly sports fan!
Ivana Lockett
Ivana Lockett is a Client Relations Coordinator at Ergood Law, LLC. In this role, she oversees the management of client contracts, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all legal service agreements. She meticulously organizes the attorneys’ calendars, guaranteeing that appointments are well-scheduled and prospective clients are adequately prepared. She also facilitates communication among all parties involved in legal matters.
Additionally, Ivana conducts client intake, efficiently directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel for swift and effective resolution. She also establishes and maintains the firm’s filing system, ensuring streamlined access to essential documents.
In her leisure time, Ivana enjoys reading, relaxing and spending time with her family and friends.
Angela Grasso
Angela Grasso is a Legal Administrator at Ergood Law, LLC, where she plays a pivotal role in the firm’s operations. With a wealth of experience from working for various South Jersey law firms over the past 40 years, Angela adeptly handles a range of administrative tasks, from drafting pleadings and Service of Process, to overseeing the process of the preparation and recording of Deeds transferring real property. She manages vendor contracts, billing and accounts payable, and scheduling potential clients. Angela ensures that the legal processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Having collaborated closely with attorneys and judges throughout her career, Angela brings a deep understanding of the legal landscape to her role. Her dedication to precision and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to the team at Ergood Law, LLC.
Angela enjoys lazy days on the beach and spending time with family and friends outside of work.
